Jerry Burkhart
My name is Jerry Burkhart, and my life is built on faith, family, and serving others. I have been blessed to be married to my beautiful wife, Bonnie Burkhart, for 30 years. We have three wonderful sons—Haustin, Jordan, and Landon—and three precious grandchildren—Cooper, Jaxon, and Kymri. My family is one of God’s greatest blessings and the heart behind everything I do.
For 26 years, I had the privilege of coaching and helping young people grow both on and off the field. I spent 20 of those years at Richland Springs, where I was blessed to be part of nine state championships. While those championships hold special memories, the relationships built and lives impacted mean the most to me.
Today, I continue serving young people as the Youth Director at Shiloh Bible Church in Richland Springs, Texas, and as the local Huddle Leader for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. My desire is to encourage the next generation to know Jesus, walk in faith, and live with purpose.
For the past five years, I have served clients through McKinnerney Real Estate. Now, Bonnie and I are excited and grateful to begin a new chapter with our own family business, Burkhart Real Estate. We look forward to building lasting relationships and serving our clients with honesty, integrity, and care.
We are stepping into this journey with Proverbs 3:5–6 as our foundation: trusting the Lord with all our hearts, acknowledging Him in all we do, and trusting Him to direct our paths.

Bonnie Burkhart is a devoted wife, loving mother, proud Nonnie, and faithful follower of Jesus Christ. She and her husband, Jerry, have been blessed with 30 wonderful years of marriage, three amazing sons—Haustin, Jordan, and Landon—and three precious grandchildren—Cooper, Jaxon, and Kymri. Family, faith, and serving others have always been at the heart of her life.
For 18 years, Bonnie dedicated herself to teaching elementary school, where she developed a passion for helping others learn, grow, and succeed. Throughout Jerry's coaching career, she was always by his side, supporting him and cheering on their sons through countless athletic events and life experiences. Those years taught her the importance of dedication, patience, teamwork, and building lasting relationships.
Bonnie's faith is the foundation of her life. She loves the Lord and strives daily to follow His guidance while encouraging and uplifting those around her. She is actively involved in the youth ministry at Shiloh Bible Church and considers her church family an important part of her life.
After earning her real estate license more than two years ago, Bonnie began another journey of serving others. Today, she is excited to help establish and operate Burkhart Real Estate, a family-owned brokerage built on faith, integrity, honesty, and a genuine love for people.

Jordan Burkhart is a dedicated real estate agent with Burkhart Real Estate, proudly serving Richland Springs and the surrounding Central Texas communities, including San Saba, Brown, McCulloch, and Mills counties. Having lived in the Richland Springs area for over 20 years, Jordan has developed a deep connection to the community and a firsthand understanding of the rural lifestyle that makes this region special.
With over a year of experience in real estate, Jordan has helped facilitate the sale of ranch properties ranging from 22 acres to 1,000 acres. Having lived in the Richland Springs area for over 20 years, Jordan has developed a strong understanding of the local land, the rural way of life, and the hard work that goes into maintaining and managing a property. His firsthand experience growing up in this community has given him an appreciation for the land and the people who work it, allowing him to better serve buyers and sellers that are searching around the area.
